• All items are shipped via USPS within 48 hours if order is received Mon - Fri from 9:00am - 5:00pm. Delivery is estimated at 3-12 days depending on choice of shipping and distance from i am soccer shipping center. At this time, i am soccer ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does i am soccer ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

• Return Policy
• i am soccer goes to great lengths to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we do understand that some things do not fit correctly, are not the right color or just not what you really wanted!
  
  Therefore, we offer a 30 day hassle free return policy. For a full refund or exchange all items must be returned within 30 days of our shipping date in their original condition. Almost all items show wear if worn outside so please try things on indoors before wearing them in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Return the item via USPS and we will refund your mailing costs along with your full refund or exchange it and ship it for free.
  
  Cancellation Policy
  Please submit any cancellation via email to iamsoccer@live.com, or call on our business phone at (225) 921-8818.
  
  Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
  
  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
